Add an agent or a client
Register another agent, or another customer whose traffic you keep separate.
Use this when a new customer is starting, or an existing one is putting a second agent live, and their conversations need to stay separate from everybody else's.

The steps
- Open Setup in the left rail, then Clients.
- Press Add client, type their Name, and press Add client again. Name is the only field. The industry on the row is not typed in: it comes from the rule pack their rules were built from, and appears once there is one.
- To rename one later, use the pencil on its row.
- Now connect the platform their conversations come from. Open Live connections in Setup, then Open Integrations. Integrations also sits indented under Setup in the left rail.
- Press Connect a platform, pick the platform, and fill in the fields it asks for. Those are that platform's own credentials, and the form names each one and says where to copy it from.
- Choose the Client this connection belongs to, or Every client if one platform serves them all. Add a client is on this form too, so you can create one here without going back.
- Press Connect. A platform that delivers to us hands you a URL to paste into it. A platform we poll starts being checked on a schedule.
- Agents appear on their own once conversations arrive. Open Overview, then Your agents, to see them ranked.
What to do with what you find
The client is the boundary. Everything scoped to one customer follows it: what a read-only seat can see, what a key limited to one client may send, and the scope stamped on an audit report.
Setup's first line counts what this workspace has: clients, agents, channels, connections, rules and destinations. After you connect something, that sentence is the fastest confirmation that it took.
Give the new client a set of rules next. Scoring quality, then What we check, is where an agent with no rules says so.
