Watch conversations as they land

Follow traffic in real time and catch a bad release while it is happening.

Use this when you are shipping in ten minutes, and you want to watch the first conversations land rather than read about them tomorrow.

The live feed: conversations arriving newest first with a connection state, filters for client and channel, and a strip ranking each agent as healthy, watch or failing.

The steps

  1. Open Conversations in the left rail. Live feed sits indented under it. Open it.
  2. Rows arrive on their own, newest first, over a connection the page holds open rather than a refresh. The pill at the top says which state it is in: Idle, Connecting, Live, Reconnecting, Disconnected or Paused. Retry appears when it is disconnected.
  3. Narrow it. One dropdown filters by client and starts on All clients. The other filters by channel: All channels, WhatsApp, Call or Chat. Flagged only hides everything that passed.
  4. Read a row. It names the client and the agent, how long ago it landed, what the platform reported, and the quality call once scoring finishes. A row still being scored says so rather than showing a blank.
  5. Press Pause when you want to read one row without the list moving under you. Resume puts it back.
  6. Clear feed empties the list, and offers Undo for a few seconds.
  7. Click a row to open that conversation in full.
  8. Read Fleet at a glance beside the feed. Each agent carries Healthy, Watch or Failing, and an agent with too few conversations says it is still collecting rather than showing a score.
  9. Read Since you looked away. It says how many alerts opened while you were not watching, and links to the queue.

What to do with what you find

A bad release shows up here first, as the same failure on row after row. That is enough to roll back on. You do not need to wait for a score.

An alert that opens while you are watching appears in the same list, and its row links straight to the queue.

Once you have one bad row, open it and work through it turn by turn. The live feed tells you something is wrong now. The conversation tells you what.

The client dropdown is the only scope control here. There is no filter for a single agent, and no way to search this feed by what was said. Use the conversation list for either.
